KOGANEI Thailand Showcases Hybrid Automation Solutions at Manufacturing Expo 2026

KOGANEI (Thailand) Co., Ltd. proudly participated in Manufacturing Expo 2026, held at BITEC Bangna from 17–20 June 2026, where we presented the latest automation technologies under the theme:

“Transform Your Mind and Boost Your Business with Hybrid Technology – Motion & Pneumatics.”

This year, KOGANEI partnered with Oriental Motor to demonstrate how the combination of precision pneumatic technology and advanced motion control can deliver smarter, more efficient, and flexible automation solutions for modern manufacturing.

To further support the transition toward Industry 5.0, we also collaborated with our technology partners:

• Takebishi (Thailand) showcased an OPC Server solution, enabling seamless communication between factory equipment and digital systems to improve connectivity and data integration.
• YN2 Tech presented WattExplorer, an intelligent energy monitoring solution that helps manufacturers track energy consumption and improve operational efficiency.

Highlight Demonstrations

One of the main attractions at the KOGANEI booth was a fully automated souvenir cup packaging machine, developed to demonstrate the seamless integration of pneumatic and motion technologies.

The machine showcased:

• KOGANEI pneumatic components for box handling, positioning, gripping, and the packaging process with high precision.
• Oriental Motor motion products for controlling the conveyor system and transporting the boxes to the cup insertion station with smooth and accurate positioning.

This live demonstration illustrated how combining motion control and pneumatics creates a highly efficient, reliable, and flexible automation solution for modern manufacturing.

Another highlight was the BKT High-Speed Pick & Place Robot, which demonstrated fast, accurate, and stable product handling. Designed for high-speed automation applications, the robot showcased its ability to perform rapid pick-and-place operations while maintaining excellent positioning accuracy and repeatability. Visitors experienced how the BKT Robot can help manufacturers increase productivity, reduce cycle time, and improve overall production efficiency.

Together with the OPC Server solution from Takebishi (Thailand) and the WattExplorer energy monitoring system from YN2 Tech, these demonstrations reflected our vision of supporting manufacturers in their journey toward Industry 5.0 through intelligent connectivity, energy optimization, and advanced automation technologies.
